Quick history of my racing experiences.

-I started racing aged 11.  I went for years to a club called Ribble Valley Radio Controlled Car club with my dad, and mate Dean Johnson.  At this time it was a busy club, filled with touring cars (on foam tyres) mardaves, and 1/12th scales.
I picked foam tyre touring cars because i loved how fast they would get around that carpet indoor track!
This club still exists as a thriving Off-road indoor club in Preston.

-I found my way to Morecambe Model Car club with my dad.  This provided even more Foam TC racing. It also helped make a step where i met loads of really helpful racers who taught me loads.
Morecambe now runs every Monday night as a busy GT12 club night.

-Next came various regional level touring car series in the north of England.

-Now venturing into rubber tyres, I went on to try out some BRCA nationals in the TC Pro stock 10.5 turn class.  After 3-4 years of this, I climbed the order and eventually TQ'd a round and competed at the top end of the A finals in 2010.

-I became a 1/12th scale racer doing some national racing, with some lower A final success.

-Blackpool Raceway was opened and I spent several years making great friends and practising on that high grip carpet track, while helping to run the track.

-Going back to 1/12th scale racing, I climbed the order at the UK nationals to race closer to the front every now and then.  (Still haven't won one, but finished seconds a few times now!)

-Going back to Touring car racing for a few years, now in the modified class, i struggled to make an A final for some trying years but finally made it in 2014.

-I joined Schumacher Racing in 2015

-In 2016 the Atom GT12 was released and I was in contention to win the National Championship, winning 2 rounds in the process.  (Proud and gutted to lose out by 1 point :) )

-Worked towards creating the Atom, Eclipse and Atom CC cars.

-February 2017, Michal Orlowski won the GT12 Worlds with the just released Atom CC.

-Started practising some Off-road racing at Silverstone.

-Developing the Eclipse platform throughout 2017, and growing the team going into 2018.  Already some Sport Mod national wins from Aidan Ripley and Ben Vincent.   (proud :) )

That's as quick as I could make it.  Sorry!

Next week is the start of the GT12 Nationals 2018! Exciting.
